Job Summary
An Educational Support System for Leading School Districts Education is filling a position for a Remote Lead Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Retaining and growing the revenue for existing customers, owning renewal and gross revenue retention of your team’s customer base
- Conducting periodic customer health-checks and review customer health scores with your team
- Collaborating with the onboarding, technical implementation, and marketing teams to set every customer up for success on Paper
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of customer success experience, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS organization
- 2+ years of experience leading a team, preferably within SaaS
- Strong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicators
- Proactive interest to increase customer happiness and deepen customer relationships
- Proven record of creating and maintaining business partnerships and relationships
