An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Lead Data Governance Steward.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Helping establish and continuously develop the Data Steward capability
• Executing on the vision, roadmap, and data lifecycle for the data subject areas over which the role is responsible
• Set data quality expectations, SLAs, and monitoring requirements

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or other quantitative discipline with a focus on data usage and critical thinking
• Six (6)+ years working in data-related fields
• Four (4)+ years working in Data Governance or Data Stewardship roles
• Two (2)+ years with leadership responsibilities
• Experience writing advanced SQL queries
• Expert in all things data including data architecture, data modeling, data engineering, data processing, ETL/ELT, SQL, AWS
