Job Summary
A consumer-based financial advising company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Design Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identify opportunities that include both quick wins and systemic change
- Evaluate how work flows through Design functions & cross-functional partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years in Design Operations or similar Program Management or operations roles
- Demonstrated experience implementing a DesignOps practice from the ground up
- Excellent understanding of cross-functional product development in an Agile environment
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and how to amplify them through operational excellence
- Extensive repertoire of Design & Research tools and how they are employed in team workflow
