Job Summary

A financial data company has a current position open for a Remote Lead DevOps Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring that the organization's IT systems and infrastructure meet the requirements for SOC 2 compliance
  • Mentoring and coaching other members of the DevOps team, and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Identifying and implementing new technologies and approaches that can help the organization meet its goals

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
  • 3+ years of experience as a Lead DevOps engineer
  • Extensive experience with AWS, including expertise in at least one of the following areas: EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS and SnowFlake
  • Experience implementing security controls and monitoring systems for security vulnerabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
