Job Summary

A software management company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Distributed Systems Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve customer incidents and questions expediently
  • Provide expert direction and counsel on questions of functionality, performance, scale
  • Tackle particularly challenging customer technical issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Provide patience, empathy, and positive communication in person
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience in a customer support role
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause in both client applications and database operations
  • Ability to troubleshoot database queries written in Java, Scala, Python, Go, C#, etc
