Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Lead Ethics Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Proviing leadership on Ethics Programs and helps to manage the Ethics Program Office
- Providing leadership and professional development activities to a team of ethics professionals
- Promoting ethics as a strategic business initiative at an enterprise level
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of directly related ethics, compliance and/or business experience providing coaching and guidance
- Subject matter expert familiarity with a wide range of HR and/or ethics-related issues
- Strong knowledge of pertinent labor/employment law as well as human resources management principles
- Strong experience with project/program planning specifically in leading and developing workplace ethics
