Job Summary
A retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Executive Development Consultant in Minneapolis.
Must be able to:
- Utilize proven methodologies for performing needs assessments
- Facilitate and integrate a wide variety of Executive Development solutions
- Leverage multiple disciplines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Four year degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field
- 8+ years of work experience in an HR area
- Strong consulting background and client service skills
- Certifications and experience with assessment for development
- Experience in leadership curriculum development and executive onboarding
- Experience in a business environment with the practical application of key leadership development
