Job Summary

A bank has a current position open for a Remote Lead Executive Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building diversity sourcing strategy and develop a diverse candidate pipeline
• Sourcing applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates
• Developing deep candidate market knowledge across US

Qualifications Include:

• 5-10+ years of relevant experience
• Accustomed to working within a consultative recruiting model supporting business heads and senior leaders
• Demonstrated experience with advanced sourcing through innovative channels
• Experience building a diversity sourcing strategy and developing a diverse candidate pipeline
• Demonstrated knowledge of complex compensation structures and relocation assistance packages
• Proficient in building relationships and working with Executive leadership to build hiring strategies
