A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Lead Financial Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Provide financial management, administration, leadership and reporting
- Resolve variances, identify problems, formulate and make recommendations
- Serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for team members
Position Requirements Include:
- Advanced degree in related area AND 5 or years experience OR equivalent experience, education, and training
- Thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems
- Ability to identify, collect, and analyze information from multiple sources
- Excellent ability to effectively present complex finance related information both verbally and in writing
- In depth ability to use multiple spreadsheet and database software tools
- Effective interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization
