Job Summary

A department store chain is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Food and Beverage Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting development of strategic business initiatives, operational plans and routines to execute within the team
• Supporting creation and utilization of standard processes, methodologies, and technologies
• Developing, managing, and validating compliance with project management standards, policies, methods, and templates

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of combined experience in strategy implementation, project management, retail operations, supply chain and/or distribution and logistics industries
• Experience developing Smartsheet tools and managing work within the tool
• Highly flexible and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
