Job Summary
A financial services and banking institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead Fraud Client Service Center Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing account activity
- Providing clients with appropriate and timely support and information related to their claim
- Setting up passcodes on profiles for clients when needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-3 years in customer service, branch, call center, risk analysis, and/or bank operations
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to meet production goals
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in decision making
- Excellent customer service skills
