A website design and development company has an open position for a Remote Lead Full-Stack Developer in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with internal departments to understand the business requirements
- Organizing the project into milestones and set up sprints for the development team
- Conducting code reviews and provide help and direction to the developers when needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Senior software developer in a web-based environment
- Experience leading a team of developers, delivering quality software
- Accomplished in Ruby on Rails and a solid understanding of modern javascript frameworks
- Experience with event-driven architectures in languages like Elixir or Node.js
- Ability to guide and communicate, provide constructive feedback
- Champion of clean, readable and maintainable code and tests
