Job Summary
Seeking self-starters for a remote Lead Generation Specialist position, where the candidate will make outbound calls to identify decision makers, qualify prospects, and schedule sales appointments while utilizing advanced technology and a CRM system.
Key responsibilities:
- Make 110 to 240 outbound calls daily using click-to-dial technology
- Identify and qualify prospects to set an average of 2 to 6 sales appointments per day
- Manage lead information and appointments through the company's CRM system
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in business communication and telephone skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a self-starter attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible daytime hours
