Job Summary
A life insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Lead GTM Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with executive team and Hiring Managers to understand growth goals, develop a recruiting strategy, and prioritize
- Managing full-cycle recruiting for our GTM teams
- Work with hiring managers to refine their craft and enable them to become better recruiters, brand ambassadors, and closers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experienced Sales Recruiter (ideally 8+ years experience)
- Experience coaching and leading other sales recruiters to successful outcomes
- Understand the value of providing financial security and stability
- Understand sales targets and have a track record of hiring sales team members that consistently exceed targets
