Job Summary
A wellness company has an open position for a Remote Lead Health Care Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring and managing the Care Manager team
- Owning the day-to-day operations and evolutions of any new clinical workflows
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations team to implement and build on workflows
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least two years of direct people management experience
- At least two years of experience in clinical member services, operations or project management
- Strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to tackle problems logically
- Strong detail orientation with a knack for organization and clarity
- Self-motivation to independently drive work streams to successful outcomes
