Job Summary
A management consulting and IT support firm is seeking a Remote Lead Health Equity Subject Matter Expert.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a primary subject matter expert across multiple contractor teams to support CMS and other HHS clients on health equity projects
- Researching, designing and executing on strategic planning related to achieving equitable outcomes across multiple healthcare settings
- Planning, coordinating and supporting business development
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial health equity programs
- Experience with strategic planning to achieve equitable health outcomes and improving sociodemographic data collection
- Experience with collaboration between medical and community-based organizations
- Experience in improving sociodemographic data collection
- Experience with the federal procurement process, including business development and proposal development leadership
- Experience with client management
