Job Summary
A hospital and healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Healthcare Customer Service Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Customer Service team
- Assist in setting and maintaining department standards set forth by manager
- Ensure staff are appropriately trained and held accountable for achieving standards and goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma required
- Two (2) years customer service management experience required
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Solid ability to learn new technologies
