Job Summary

A hospital and healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Healthcare Customer Service Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Customer Service team
  • Assist in setting and maintaining department standards set forth by manager
  • Ensure staff are appropriately trained and held accountable for achieving standards and goals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma required
  • Two (2) years customer service management experience required
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Solid ability to learn new technologies
