Job Summary
A hospital and medical care company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Healthcare Product Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Apply service design principles to iterate toward a best in class healthcare navigation experience
- Research, design, and prototype user experiences that delight our users
- Review features in our staging environment to ensure they meet a high quality bar
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Extensive experience on a product design team for a web-based product
- Deep sense of accountability over translating business objectives into tangible user experiences
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Familiarities with technical constraints and limitations of designing for desktop and mobile
- Ability to conduct user research, competitor analysis, analytics review, and usability testing
- Strong communication skills around user research and design decisions
