Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Lead Healthcare Revenue Business Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Develop analytical and statistical models and methodologies to predict, quantify, and/or forecast business metrics
- Evaluate, write, and present healthcare utilization, cost containment and clinical quality reports and make recommendations
- Develop methods for improving internal techniques and processes with expertise in creating highly effective, visual graphics
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years increasingly complex database and data management with SQL and/or Teradata
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex matrix organizations, driving outstanding results
- Strong verbal/written communication skills to work with various matrix partners
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills to improve processes
