Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and/or coach a team of HR Business Partners to successfully execute on HR programs
- Deliver core HR processes/programs being developed in our COEs
- Partner with Leadership to develop People Strategy and Roadmap aligned to the vision and longer-range strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years HR experience with progressively challenging responsibilities in Business Partner
- Experience working with global/international teams expanding into emerging markets
- Highly collaborative approach with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships
- Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written
- Business-first mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack
- Strong executive presence
