Job Summary
A non-profit financial services organization is in need of a Remote Lead IT Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recommend and actively participate in process improvement and business value discussions
- Analyze how well software, hardware and IT systems fit the business needs
- Provide technical thought leadership on all sized efforts within a functional area
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated key skills above with applied experience on medium to large efforts for a minimum of 5 years
- Ability to adapt to fluid situations, quick self-learner, and the ability to manage through complexity
- Collaborate with others in both team settings, across the organizations, and to senior leadership
- Hold yourself accountable, setting a high standard for yourself and others around you
- Optimizes work processes through growth in understanding of business requirements, processes, and software
