Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Lead Iteration Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a program or cross-functional projects using lean/agile methods
- Ensure projects are within scope and meet time and budget targets
- Develop and maintain project charters, detailed project plans, and weekly status updates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in computer and information science
- 5+ years related experience, including a minimum of 2+ years of Agile/Scrum master experience
- Experience working with Agile methods and modern programming environments
- Scrum Master or similar certification
- Critical thinker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
