Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Loan Coordinator in Knoxville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining a pipeline of 20-25 loan files or more
• Taking loan applications over the phone, schedule appointments, quote rates, and lock loans
• Acting as the primary contact and liaison between clients, realtors, and Branch Manager

Required Skills:

• High School or better
• 2-4 years: Experience on a loan operating system, preferably Encompass, is required
• 2-4 years: Professional experience in the mortgage industry is required
