- Leading, mentoring, and cultivating the members of the development team
- Architecting, building, and maintaining digital marketing materials
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in the development of web and marketing technology solutions at a marketing agency or similar organization
- Strong understanding of user experience best practices and principles
- Proficiency in key modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript/ES6+, Node.js, and React
- Proficiency in key DevOps and build tools, including AWS, Jenkins, Gulp, and Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Articulate, detail-oriented communication skills
