Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Microsoft Voice Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Administration, Configuration and Scripting of telephony infrastructure applications
• Resolving issues related to voice platforms
• Escalation to vendors and/or Voice Engineering and implementation teams as needed

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or Telecommunications
• 4+ years of experience Voice platform experience with Cisco platforms specifically or related experience
• Proven Office 365/Microsoft 365 engineering and administration experience
• Expertise with Teams/Skype phone system
• Strong experience with Microsoft E5 suite including security and compliance
• Experience working in an agile engineering team
