Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Node.js Developer in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating a Windows native, Electron.js based video streaming application
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Integrating web components with Electron.js system-level API's
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong experience Node.JS and frameworks available for it such as Express
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript
- Understanding asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less, etc
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
