Job Summary

A financial products company has a current position open for a Remote Lead Openstack BizOps Engineer in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the BizOps team and assisting where necessary at a technical level
  • Performing daily monitoring and maintenance of all hardware/software infrastructure components
  • Embracing DevOps practices and methodologies

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Linux/Unix experience
  • Experience supporting highly available and fault tolerant systems
  • Experience configuring servers on enterprise grade networks
  • Virtualization experience
  • Cloud technologies experience
  • Networking experience (Ex. TCP/IP, UDP, Routing, Firewalls, load-balancers)
