Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Lead Organizer in the Seattle Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop leadership of and mobilize community members
• Build relationships with statewide networks of people of color
• Supervise up to two organizing fellows

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel 40% of the time
• Ability to organize volunteers into functioning teams
• A strong racial equity analysis
• Experience uniting communities across issues, race/ethnicity
• Organizational skills
