Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Lead Principal Python Software Engineer in the Los Angeles Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Create documentation for developers as well as business users to help them understand the products
  • Write automated tests for your code to ensure code quality
  • Maintain cloud-based platforms and environments of supported applications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate appropriately, and ensure a scrum team is working at maximum efficiently
  • 7+ years of related experience in software development, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Extensive experience building cloud applications with managed services and serverless solutions
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5, Git, and Unix administration
  • Experience with automated test/build/deploy tools in a python tech stack
