Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Lead Product Design Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage 1-2 designers on the initiative by effectively setting expectations
• Be involved in every stage of the design process, from discovery user research to product scoping
• Generate hypotheses and help frame solutions through both quantitative and qualitative user research

• You're a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing complex, multi-step workflows
• Able to concisely explain complex problems and projects in both written and verbal form
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working with expert-level users
• You have knowledge of user-centered design practices and contemporary design tools
• You have the ability to design at various levels of zoom, from interactions and touch-points to products and services
• You have experience conducting research with external users
