A blockchain token company has an open position for a Remote Lead Product Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
- Create a sleek and intuitive user experience that flows from wireframe to implementation
- Design refined mocks, creative concepts, and prototypes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to passionately execute new ideas with autonomy
- Understanding of the tradeoffs between shipping quickly and perfection
- Ability to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
- Expert in UI/UX but also have great visual design skills and a portfolio that reflects the work
- Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
