Job Summary

A mortgage company has a current position open for a Remote Lead Product Designer in Pittsburgh.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting qualitative user research to understand customer behavior
  • Communicating interaction design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels in the organization
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with leaders in Product Management, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Business Stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years experience leading software product design projects
  • Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field of study
  • Experience building and understanding the details of user experiences that deal in complex areas spanning quantitative subject matter
  • Expertise in tools common to modern Visual and UX Design work: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq
  • Some understanding of front-end development, especially client-side (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • You listen well and have excellent speaking and writing skills
