Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Lead Product Owner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interact at varying organizational levels to advise on strategy and technical options to solve user problems
  • Own the product roadmap for the assigned product/experience areas
  • Lead meetings and define product roadmaps to create successful product launches

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of tracking intra product dependencies, system integrations, interfaces
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud-PaaS, SaaS, API, mobile friendly development, Machine Learning, AI or similar
  • Ability to deeply understand good and bad user experience and identify opportunities for improvement. "Design for Delight" mindset
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of technical experience, or equivalent and 2+ years of product manager, product owner or senior business analyst experience
  • Deep understanding of agile development processes; lean and service design oriented startup mentality
  • Expertise in using analytics, metrics and key performance indicators to measure progress
