Job Summary
A global information services company is in need of a Remote Lead Product Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive customer questions and incidents quickly and effectively to resolution, escalating and/or engaging specialists when needed
- Communicate to customers with empathy, clarity, and timeliness
- Mentor engineers to improve customer service communication skills, product knowledge, and technical analysis skills
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
- 10 plus years of experience in a technical product support role
- 3 plus years of experience in a technical product support leadership position
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent IT service management tool
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
