Job Summary

A global information services company is in need of a Remote Lead Product Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive customer questions and incidents quickly and effectively to resolution, escalating and/or engaging specialists when needed
  • Communicate to customers with empathy, clarity, and timeliness
  • Mentor engineers to improve customer service communication skills, product knowledge, and technical analysis skills

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
  • 10 plus years of experience in a technical product support role
  • 3 plus years of experience in a technical product support leadership position
  • Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent IT service management tool
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
