Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Remote Lead Production Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling escalated issues on Scheduling, Change Management, Automation, and Report Archive
  • Analyzing and prioritizing resolution solutions for the team by reviewing workflow and assigning tasks
  • Acting as liaison between Development Production Support team and customers or other stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of directly related experience and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Knowledge of supported Production Support software, environments and methodology
  • Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
