Job Summary
A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Lead Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Adhering to the software development life cycle policy and procedures
- Participating in the creation of Program Management best practices for the organization and drive the implementation within the Program Management team
- Owning oversight of the delivery schedule and plans for the programs and portfolios directly assigned
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of managing a team of technical project and program managers
- In-depth understanding of Agile, with experience leading and coaching Scrum teams
- Experience leading and guiding other project managers in matric organizations
