Job Summary
An eLearning services company has an open position for a Remote Lead Quality Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define, implement and support the ongoing testing, integration testing and automation strategy
- Provide guidance and monitor the effectiveness of current automation processes
- Identify new automation tools/approaches that will decrease testing cost and increase quality level
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in software engineering, quality engineering or related field
- Five or more years of experience with software quality engineering required.
- Three or more years of QE lead experience within AGILE environment
- Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
