Job Summary
An environmental company is in need of a Remote Lead Recruiter in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Writing and posting job descriptions based on company hiring needs
- Proactively identifying talent through LinkedIn searches and other research methods/ other forms of direct outreach as needed
- Cold calling and emailing attractive candidates and describe their career opportunity
Skills and Requirements Include:
- You have 8+ years of recruiting experience, including proactive recruiting methods
- You have a deep understanding of creative proactive sourcing strategies for identifying and attracting top talent
- You have experience hiring executive level talent (Director level up to C-Suite hires)
