An insurance and wealth management company has a current position open for a Remote Lead RxJava Kafka Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Follow project and task schedule and project quality assurance practices related to area of work
  • Perform or follow requirement decomposition
  • Investigate new technologies and development techniques and suggest improvements on a daily basis

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Java experience
  • RxJava, reactive programming, or multithreading programming experience
  • Kafka or any other event streaming technology experience
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Microservices architecture experience
  • Spring framework, including IoC, transactions, and web services experience
