Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Lead Security Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing antivirus/endpoint protection platforms
  • Researching, documenting, and implementing security best practices
  • Developing detection rules to support alerting and response capabilities

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years in Information systems support or security engineering
  • Minimum 2 years working experience with LogRhythm and/or Splunk
  • Experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems
  • Expertise creating and refining metrics to articulate and measure program performance
  • Resourceful in knowing how to research problems and find information on related topics
  • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
