Job Summary
A fashion subscription company is seeking a Remote Lead Senior IT SOX Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing control test plans and testing approaches based on risk analysis
- Assisting process owners in the preparation and on-going maintenance of SOX process documentation and process flowcharts
- Coordinating and participating in process walkthroughs with management
Position Requirements Include:
- 4-5 years of experience in IT Audit, SOX Compliance, or Information Systems
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information systems, computer science, and/or accounting
- Have relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM)
- Have a working knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), SEC standards
- Are experienced in designing test plans, testing and concluding on the operating effectiveness of IT general controls
- Experienced in documenting and evaluating deficiencies and assisting management with designing remediation plans
