Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead Service Asset and Configuration Management Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Work with Process Owners, Change Managers, Service Managers, IT leads, Field Services and customer management
- Ensure compliance of client specific asset lifecycle management requirements
- Leads a team to ensure all assets under management are properly controlled
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or related technical discipline (equivalent experience acceptable)
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification
- Must be US citizen – supporting US government clients. Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance required, active Secret clearance highly desired
- ServiceNow experience; Remedy or other ITOM platform experience in addition is a plus
- Strong understanding of Enterprise IT Infrastructure technologies and End User technologies
