Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote Lead Service Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing research outputs, and expertly synthesizes insights to articulate business applications and product and service opportunities
- Leading planning and facilitation of diagnostic sessions to take partners through a discovery process to design customized solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders through all stages of Service Design program implementation to provide a strategic view of experiences from a user perspective.
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Service Design, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, Process Engineering, or a relevant design field, such as User Experience, or UX Research
- Superior facilitation, collaboration and consensus building skills, with extensive experience in presenting to cross-functional teams and Senior/Executive leaders
- Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects/task at once while facilitating a diverse group of employees.
- Extensive experience in leading and coaching others in product or service prototyping in Lean and Agile environment
