Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Software Customer Engagement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing a strong understanding of each target client’s business
  • Proactively coordinating teams with License Sales
  • Developing and maintaining long-term professional relationships with client managers

Required Skills:

  • 6 or more years in business
  • B.A./B.S. in IT, business, marketing, strategic planning, or related area or equivalent work experience
  • Technical understanding of Banking/Wealth Management product and related services
  • Strong understanding of technical, cost and risk implications of potential solutions
  • Stays current on technical trends in areas of expertise
  • Strong Banking knowledge
