Job Summary
A banking and credit lending company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Software Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering technology solutions that support business goals
- Partnering with the product owner to understand business requirements, evaluating features, and translating application specifications into workable technical solutions
- Maintaining application software and systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related
- Ability to ensure all projects and releases are appropriately tested and risks are mitigated
- Ability to oversee and review development activities of team members and contractors
- Ability to ensure quality code is delivered through continuous integration, development, and testing
