A publishing company specializing in learning content and assessments is in need of a Remote Lead Software Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical leadership on algorithmic and math-intensive development projects
- Facilitating integrations and defining API contracts among multiple services
- Contributing to a team of software engineers on best practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to grasp difficult concepts, large architectures, and sophisticated designs quickly
- BS or MS in computer science or a related field experience is required
- CI/CD - Docker, GitLab toolset, k8s, pytest
- Ability to prioritize work on interdependent tasks in order to meet product goals and deliver features to other teams
- Strong experience with RESTful microservices architecture
