Job Summary

A telecommunications and IT services firm is in need of a Remote Lead Software Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and maintaining application software in multiple languages
  • Reviewing peers' designs and code, providing constructive feedback
  • Developing an understanding of our software systems

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years applicable professional experience
  • Demonstrate practice in application of fundamentals of Computer Science
  • Experience with the use of the Linux shell including simple scripting
  • Experience developing and reviewing code in Golang and Python or Ruby on Rails on a Linux platform
  • Experience delivering applications using containers (e.g. Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Experience planning and delivering in an agile development process
