Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Lead Software Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Directing the efforts of software developers and other technical team members in a team daily
  • Guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery
  • Identifying and encouraging areas for growth and improvement within the team

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
  • A minimum of 15 years of software development experience
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and 20 years of experience
