Job Summary

A startup has an open position for a Remote Lead Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working proactively with existing engineering teams and stakeholders of the business
• Identifying the changes required for expansion and making the actual changes
• Being responsible for mentoring other engineers on the team

Qualifications Include:

• Visit San Francisco offices once every few months
• Experienced engineer and tech lead or team lead
• Previous experience working iteratively or following an agile methodology
• Must feel comfortable in the Ruby and Rails ecosystem
