A national mortgage originator is in need of a Remote Lead Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving and actively participating in design discussions around architecture and business requirements
• Providing technical leadership, direction, and oversight of development teams
• Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices

Qualifications Include:

• Significant experience in software development delivering solutions into production
• Must be Self-motivating, self-directing, and a great communicator
• Prior enterprise-level development and lifecycle experience
• Strong understanding of React and Redux and their core principles
• Experience developing software in an agile environment
